Engine & Transmission
The heads are gas flowed and ported and are fitted with larger inlet and exhaust valves. The exhaust valves are sodium filled to aid cooling. The turbos are hybrid Garrett T25's with 360 thrust bearings set at 1.3 bar of boost. The bottom end has been fully lightened and balanced and the block is fitted with low compression pistons with ceramic coatings, which dramatically reduces piston crown temperature. The distributor has been modified to allow the ignition to be advanced more and the ECU has been extensively modified to increase fueling. Also the air flow meters have been removed and replaced with an air sensor, which allows the ECU to control the fueling much better. The idle control sensor has been removed as the idle and mixture are now controlled by the ECU and the engine is now running Cosworth injectors & dump valve. The breather system has also been changed to cope with the extra power. The visous fan has been removed and two electric fans are now used connected to a variable temperature switch. The gearbox has been rebuilt and uses an AP racing clutch & AP paddle clutch plate with standard cover. Also a quick shift and a full throttle gear change kit has been fitted. Recently fitted Tube Torque stainless steel exhaust. Replaced water pump with an electric one and also fitted an aluminium radiator and aluminium intercooler.

The wheels are off a series 1 RS turbo and are fitted with Yokohama 205/50 15 tyres.
Body & Interior
The body and interior are almost standard apart from the removal of the centre air vents and three gauges (oil pressure, oil temperature, turbo boost) fitted in their place. Also the bonnet has vents pressed into it to aid cooling and the underside of the car and the suspension has all been striped/ painted and powder coated. Samco silocone intercooler hoses have been fitted and also the front fog lights have been removed and replaced by 2 air scoops which feed the air filters. The rear wash wiper has also been removed.
