This was a bit of a strange show to describe as it was a brand new show for us plus this was its 1st year aswell, so we were unsure what to expect. Perhaps when the show has matured, included some trade stalls for the punters, it will hopefully grow and become a better show next year.

The pit lane was made up of visiting car clubs but these were few and far between. There were track cars speeding round the centre circuit whilst drifting demos were by the pit side of the main oval. For a pricely sum you could have a go at drifting yourself. Al and Pablo managed to skank a tyre, which was shredded under the control of Al behind the wheel. The orgnanisers were so impressed or miffed (which we are not sure) that they had to stop and change the tyre. Not forgetting an engine mount as Al busted that too!. They gave him the tyre as a momento. We believe Al is going to turn it into a foot rest (pics are required for this Al!).

The weather was kind to us and made the day more bearable as there wasn't much to do unless you were on the XR4 Register stand. This was where ICE installations were taking place, valeting on majority of the cars and also the usual XR4 Register antics. Apologies to all for poor show, lets hope they improve the show next year.
