The Town & Country Festival, held over the August Bank holiday weekend is THE show that most people cant wait to go to, while some of us cant wait till its over so we can recover! 3 days of mayhem, partying, drinking, eating, getting abused bruised and battered, just think how our poor cone felt !

We start setting up on Thursday evening and it takes all Friday with some finishing touches on Sat morning to make our stand appealing to the visiting public. This year was no exception, Caz had 3 layouts for our cars for 3 different days! It all worked just fine with a little improvisation each morning, so that different car were displayed at the front over the 3 days. Sadly a few people could not make it but we still averaged 20 cars on the stand every day. Once again we had Ralph, Sharon and their baby 'XR4' Fiesta (XR2). It was nice to see Bryoney, Hayley and of course Missy & Flossy also joining us.

We always have Lisa & Pikeys Birthdays to celebrate but this year it was Bob & Kristin's 1st anniversary of coming to T&C and joing the crew. It was also the 1st time for Gary & Sharon in experienceing the T&C Festival. We all needed a drink as we were surprised to see Aaron with Tracy & his XR4i! This sight was too much for some people as they thought they had, had a bit too much and were seeing things! It was also nice to see Ken 'GPS' after a long while aswell and also everyone that visited our stand during the show.

A BIG THANK YOU to those that helped on the set up days and also to those that did there bit on the Monday and Tuesday by dismantling everything, your help was much appreciated.

The cone will once again go the CRC (cone rehabilitation centre), where it will take almost a year to recover. All donations will be greatly received! Scroll down to the bottom of each page for the next page of pics.
