The XR4Register at the National Restoration Show Sun 31st October

The Project:
James Stockwin's XR4i Turbo (James's Driver Profile) was given the once over to make it go round corners!, Yes it had the 'Pat Pending' boys (aka Bhav & John B) doing their stuff with: Suspension, PolyBush, ARB, Strut Brace etc.

With the new flooring, and extra space given at the last min by the show organisers, we had plenty of room to work and talk to people who visited our stand. The show was the busiest we have seen in a very long time and our technical assistants were kept on their toes to answer all sorts of questions from the visiting public.

Having been told that the presentation was taking place, we carried on with the project only to be told that we HAD to go as we had won 1st Prize and we shouldn't keep the 'press' waiting! Yes folks, we finally did it, don't know how, but we managed for the first time at this show to take 1st Prize at The National Restoration Show.! Joint 2nd place was Rover P6 & Triumph 2000 Club and Joint 3rd place was Daimler Lancaster & Marina Club, well done to all.

Thanks to all those that helped and came along to give moral support.
